Think my hatch rate aint gonna be so good :(

We had humidity issues here with the weather, no water at all in the bator and it would drop to 40%ish dribble of water would go to 60% couldnt win

This went on for about 24 hours. But managed to keep it steady now for 24 hours... but just candled eggs which were set on the 20th June. Quite a few dont seem to be doing anything a couple of them have a dark red vein running completely around the egg this doesnt look right to me. Any advise ?

The red vein kinda sounds like a blood ring. Blood rings are a demise. You can probably find some pictures around here for reference.

Candled last night and only 4 out of 23 eggs are growing and moving. I have about 15 that have blood rings.. what has caused this? My last hatch rate was 80% so what went wrong this time?
