Think they will lay?

Think we will get eggs from these before the winter?

We have a few Cayuga ducks, Chickens (Mixed breeds, also pure road reds, australorps and light brahmas) and Chinese white geese.

They were born starting 5/22 and ending on 5/23.

Think we will get some eggs from these before they stop for the winter? I keep their light lit with orange light (they still stopped production last year even with the light)

I know they will produce after the winter, but was curious if you guys thought we would get some eggs before the break?

I'm confused...how did you have light last year on birds that were hatched this year?
I assume you had lights n older birds last winter, if so, how did you control the light last year?

Yes, the lights were on 24/7 and I have a lot of birds. I chose a orange light as (red) seemed to keep them calm. Seemed to have had zero effects on their laying (as light change I think needs to be gradual, to make a change).

Either way I don't care about the answer anymore and don't want to deal with this post. Will you delete it? Can I?
