Thinking about adding a chick to the mix...

We bought 5 chickens and a rooster last September. They were full grown and already laying. I thought it would be fun to get one that was a chick and raise it with the others. How would I go about introducing it to the others? Would I have to worry about it getting picked on by the others? There seems to be the one dominant one who likes to bully, would I have to worry about her?

I'm sure you'll get some excellent answers here. I myself wouldn't put one chick out in an established flock.
