from Alabama. We have Weimaraners & Standard Poodles. Believe me, weims have a very strong prey drive, especially since most of ours are from good field lines & have been hunted. We also have chickens, ducks, guineas, a peacock, a gosling, & turkeys. The weims aren't allowed near them just in case. The standard poos have been raised with the birds & they do really well with them. In fact, they love the birds & enjoy helping us feed them in the morning. Good luck
