Thinking about Lt. Brahmas....need input.

I am thinking of adding a couple of Lt. Brahmas to my flock. I read they they are known as the gentle giants but how do they act our the rest of the flock? Do they try to throw their weight around on smaller hens? Do you have to keep them seperated from the other chickens? How are they with small kids (8 and 5 yoa)? Any info will help. Thanks.

I have 2 light Brahmas and they get pushed around by my GSH, which is less than half their size. They are actually my 5 year old daughters girls. They love her and she loves them. They eat right out of her hand. Mine are kept with an EE, RIR, SLW, GSH, and 2 BJG's. If you get them, you will love them!

They are gentle giants. You can keep them with other breeds just fine. If anything, they might get picked on a bit.
Mine are a bit bossy, but they've known nothing but other brahmas since they were a day old.
