thinking about raising meat goat, need help

Ive had several people ask if I raise my goats for slaughter. Um, no, they are pet Nigi's. But it got me to thinking about raising meat goat. I would market mostly to Hispanics. What kind of goat are they looking for? Boer? Kiko? Will I need to wether them? At what age? Any help is appretiated!

I recommend Boar or Boar mixed. Goats are in big demand here. You can't find goats for less than $100 nowadays. Good luck!
