Thinking of a new project: Turken x Polish. Pics added!!!!

This is a quick (and out of focus) pic of a first generation Polish x Naked Neck cross:

I think the hardest thing to accomplish will be the polish v comb. I have several Polish/EE crosses and they all have a "single" comb with very dramatic spikes on it. But if you cross back to the polish for several generations, like suggested, perhaps you will be able to get the v comb back. JMO ;)

Soo, you think I should breed blues? /img/smilies/wink.png Lol.

Yeah that's a super good idea! I do love blue, and that would be a very cool mix indeed.

Maybe we could do a little egg trading when things get going. /img/smilies/smile.png

I don't mind the bossiness, It keeps me organized!

Thanks for your help and advice I do appreciate it.

Where is a picture of Treasure? I must see him!

Is like to see a picture of Treasure, too! :)

Here's a silver laced polish x wheaten turken pullet, she is completely white with buff on her chest down. Now she is 3.5 months old and weight 3 pounds. I might breed her to a ayam cemani rooster.

If I had her I'd go back to a Polish/NN cross, then next gen to a Polish. I think that would produce a better crest without over doing the crest.

I have a pullet that is 1/2and1/2 but isn't Naked necked ( lays a green egg) so she in with a rooster that will guarantee me NN chicks.
