I kept thinking $379K!!!!! OMG!!!! Then you said you are in the Hamptons end of town. Hell you are lucky that doesn't cost 3.79 MIL!!!

Yeah, it is a really great price.
 
I met with the builder today and he says everything looks great, especially for that price! We're ready to make an offer. In the meantime, it's time to put my current house up for sale.......
