We had an egg like yours on my hatch too. Sat on the fence all day about trying to help it out. Decided against it and it died in shell. When we broke open the shell it was perfectly formed and had absorbed all its yolk. Was just very big and couldn't move even to pip. I wonder if it was because it was already day 24 and it grown to big in it's shell. My 18 year old daughter cried over this egg.
