Thinking of trying pastured poultry as a business.

Hey. Im kicking around the idea of trying to start a pastured poultry business. Using the joel salatin model. Does anyone in here raise and sell pastured poultry as a business? I would like to talk to someone who does this, to get some additional info. Thanks

I raise broilers using the salatin model pretty much. Last couple years we raised about 250 each season and this upcoming season we are planning on going to 750ish birds. We butcher them all on farm and sell them from the farm. I'm happy to answer any questions you have about it.

id love to hear more too. we raised about 45 broilers pretty successfully last year. it also fertilized the heck out of our field which we cut for hay, a big plus. wondering if we should scale up a bit this summer.
