Thinking this is an EE roo

This is Eddie (Eddie Scissorbeak). Eddie is supposed to be a pullet, but has crowed a few times. I wanted to check and see if he is definitely a roo. He is 16 weeks old. He is quite friendly so far.

Any help is appreciated...thanks!

Oh, well, no green eggs out of this one. We figured with the crowing, but he hasn't done it often, and he hasn't been acting very rooster-like. (We ended up with three roosters last year, all of whom had separated from the pullets and were crowing regularly by this age. Our neighbors were not happy.)

I read another thread about EEs where somebody mentioned the patchy colors and the triple pea comb being indicative of rooster-hood...so I figured I would check with the experts. Thanks for the help!
