I'm going to go with @oldhenlikesdogs on this one - could just be the genetic makeup of the breed.

Just to go over your concerns of nutrients - tell us more about what you feed? (including treats)

I’m not necessarily concerned about nutrients I just know that can have an effect on the feathers if they are lacking something.
They get mealworms and fresh fruit/veggies as treats. For feed she is on a mix of layer/starter feed because the others aren’t laying yet
