when can I start peeping at them in the shell?
Wait did you mean making peeping sounds....or peeping visually by candling?Just let them be.
Yes.Making broody sounds at them once you hear them making peeps is fun to do and causes no harm if not overdone.
Good luck!!OH MY! One of my eggs is wiggling back and forth!! Something is alive!
It is nice to have at least two hatch!I’m a mama!
Born at 5:00 am. Peeping healthily. Umbilicus may still be attached, so I'm letting nature take its course. Not disturbing. Peeping may help two others...?
Temp is 99.5, humidity 70%, with the vent open. Turning off the light to keep it comfortable.
Update: 6:30 Just saw a pip in a second egg! Yippee. SweetPea (new chick) will have a friend! Hopefully. The secon one’s name will be Blossom.
Blossom is almost out of her shell. She’s out!! Sweet pea is now just waiting, actually Sweetpea is trying to help. Second is completely out of the shell. Whew!
Well, as I watch them I keep singing this song:It is nice to have at least two hatch!
