Third rooster

No I have a mini coop with brood area but it has chicks in it I put the second rooster up, but I can't catch the other one. He's extremely persistent if I go near him he runs and then crows like crazy. Then if I go inside he terrorises the new rooster. He can't kill him, but he can chase him around and doesn't leave him alone.

I have put chickens in the sunroom, the bathroom, the furnace room, the living room, the deck, and the downstairs kitchen to make sure no one lives terrorized. It takes time to get everyone to calm down and play nice with each other.

I also have an extra large dog carrier in case I need to house someone over night in it.

As for catching the rooster - have someone help you or use something to corner him. Wear gloves and a long sleeved shirt to protect your hands and your arms. Or chase him to where you want him to go.

Use a 4 foot handle fish net to catch the rooster, or pick him up at night off the roost.

My husband would not permit me to have any chickens in the house for any reason.

Personally I would cull one of the roosters, and keep the hens. I don't see this working out. You need to solve for the flock.

Well it doesn't look like my rooster is trying to kill the new one just making him keep his distance.
