Thirsty hen

5 months old has laid twice but none the last three days. This morning noticed very thirsty, eating, preening and moving around like normal but drinking a lot of water. When I picked her up a clear liquid fell from beneath her, like a short stream. Her crop feels like water and small amount of feed but not a large crop. We’ve been feeding regular feed but adding a tray of vegetables. Worried about her. Any feedback would be welcomed.

UPDATE:

No issues with our girl. The next morning her crop was empty and back to laying eggs daily. We just love our hens and our rooster.
