These pics were taken one after the other. She is also sometimes still making that air escaping sound while squatting and straining to go to the bathroom. Her pop was much closer to normal size this morning but now it's just little bits and going several times in a row. I finally got close to a full dose of coconut oil down her yesterday morn. I had to cram it in her while it was in lump form a little bit at a time. Cram is a hard word but while wrestling a squirling chicken trying to open her beak to put it in her mouth it feels as tho I'm cramming it in her. Should I give her more coconut oil? I will put antibiotic on her booty , not sure how l long it will stay there as she is constantly grooming.

She may have had a prolapse at some point.
@Eggcessive may have an idea what that is, I can't think of the word! (polyp?)

She's constantly grooming at her vent? If she is, then likely that is bothering her.
She may benefit from daily soaks in a warm epsom salts bath. The ointment won't hurt and may be soothing.

I fear that she may have a blockage or there may be more going on. Will she not eat the coconut oil on her own? Mine always gobble it down like it's candy.

Perhaps it is a pecking injury or a papilloma? Here is some reading about paillomas under the heading “cloacal” in this article:
