This Buff Ameraucana is a boy. Right?

ugh Bailey this is a toughie--If I had to guess..( and apparently I know my roos LOL because thats all I ever seem to hatch) it does kinda look rooish to me

Go and catch him. Part the feathers in his saddle area and I bet you will find really dark buff feathers coming in. I think I can see a couple already coming in.

Also look at the size of his legs compared to the wheaten gal behind himin picture #2; he's a late bloomer.

Yeah, at only 18 weeks, definitely a boy. I don't have buffs, but my black and lav lf, the girls don't get red like that until 7-8 months when they start to lay. And there is just way too much going on with that tail to be a pullet.
