Alright, this pic was when I first got her. She is a TINY bantam. Right now she is about 7 weeks old and doesn't in any way look like she could have developed from that chick. It has been suggested she is probably an OEGB. She looks like one and I was thinking so until I looked at chick pictures. OEGB chicks don't look like that! I am thinking maybe Ginger Red or a really light black breasted red if she is an OEGB but I just don't know. I will try to get a 'now' pic of her tomorrow but right now I was just hoping someone might be able to identify this very unusual looking chick without her now appearance to sway your opinion.
 
My first thought from that chick photo (without a front close up of the comb for certainty) would be Sicilian Buttercup.

Post follow up and we'll do our best to help. Sometimes juvenile plummage actually makes it harder until they settle into adult plummage.
