This coop?

I made this out of a cardboard box

Where did you get your chickens from? How do you plan to continue to care for them? They require proper feed and sometimes medical attention.
The cardboard house is cute, but it won't hold up outdoors.
The run you are looking at is ok, but again, it is not a shelter. The reviews on Amazon say that it rusts fairly easy. There is another one listed on amazon with a peaked instead of flat top. It has similar reviews. If you can buy stuff like that, why can't you buy a dog house (which would be better protection than what you currently have)?
Also, Wish looks like an app of sorts, so we can't see the whole thing without logging on.
Is your budget $150 or $200? Were you able to check on the free coop listed on craigslist? Maybe try to earn some more money to increase your budget. Teens can get some good jobs like babysitting, mowing lawns, etc...to help pad the budget. :)

That run from wish may be very flimsy. Could be flimsy enough for a stray dog to crush. No way to tell except buy, wait a month, then be stuck. Any dog house they sell will be weak wood junk.

Get the dog crates imo, meant to keep one in will keep one out. You could get 2, connect them, add the wooden house as you said. Make the house 4sq ft per bird. So a 4x4 foot house will make space for 4 birds. Maybe 5 bantams give or take.

I can start asking my aunt for money for babysitting my cousins. They have proper feed. I got them from my agriculture teacher in school, we did a chicken unit where we cared for them for two weeks then he gave them away for free. He got them from murray mcmurray hatchery. I just asked my mom again about the coop and she said she doesn't trust Craigslist so I'm trying to convince her that we can bring a gun or pepper spray but she's still saying no. The cardboard house is just what they are sleeping in tonight because when I checked on them this morning snowball was shivering. They are sleeping inside in that house. I put a blanket in it for them to sleep on.
