This duck egg doesn’t look normal to me. Help!

This duck egg doesn’t look right to me, it’s moving in there but only slightly, the other egg I’m incubating with it is currently hatching. Is there something wrong with the egg?

I’m not sure wood ducks often leave a few eggs behind after a hatch that I take in and incubate I’m assuming these ones r around day 29
