This duck just showed up, help identify please

Hey!
I have 0 ducks. This one just showed up today. I don't know anything about ducks. What kind is it and can you tell the sex? I am concered for my hens. I don't want a male duck trying to breed with my chickens. So far its been quite and is hanging out with the chickens
I think it's trying to blend in. Lol
