Hi I am new to the forum and chicken keeping. Today this live maggot fell off my chicken while she was preening herself. She is healthy,eating and still laying. I have checked her over for other maggots including on her vent and found nothing. Our chickens free range much of the day so it's possibly been picked up.. Can anyone advise?
