This financial reporting class is a real pain....anyone able to help?

I'm supposed to prepare a summary analysis of the statement of cash flows then analyze the statement of cash flows. The text book we have for this class is basically worthless, and I can't find anything on the internet that shows how to prepare the summary analysis. This is not the statement of cash flows, it's already done. This is a summary analysis table.
