I had a bad experience with goose eggs shipped from one Ebay seller last week. The person did NOT know how to pack = each egg was wrapped in a single layer of thin bubble wrap (about 1/8th inch thick) and then thrown into a priority mail box with some (not enough!) crumpled newspapers. Half of them were cracked upon arrival.

I ordered from a different Ebay vendor on Tuesday. Eggs were shipped Wednesday, and arrived yesterday.

THIS person did such a great packing job, IMO, that all 5 eggs are perfect. Air cells even looked really good after a 12 hour settling period.

Outer box is sturdy and taped up nicely

(Note, I had already started to cut the corner open prior to taking the photo)

Inside the outer box -- a layer of foam and sumoe packing material

Then, we have more packing

And, an inner box

Lots of shreds
