This is a weird hatch ..,

So I have done nothing different than with any other hatch, but for some reason this hatch is messed up.
So I set seramas on the 12 th (night) and mottled Cochins 24 hours later. Yesterday was day 22 for the seramas and that's when they all hatched. Usually they hatch on day 19. Today is day 22 for my cochins so I'm hoping they will hatch but so far not even a pip. I candled and every egg on lockdown was alive. Humidity was good and so is temp. What's going on?

I'm guessing either temps were a bit low throughout or the eggs were stored longer than 7 days.

I think the temperature must have been low. Maybe if it has been very cold where you live, your house may be cooler at night and it caused a drop in the incubator.

That's probably it. I candled one of the eggs and it was still alive. But it hadn't got to the air sac yet.. :/
