I’m very cat, that’s why my hand is down there, to monitor temperature. The Pekins don’t stand up like they used to, I assume due to their growth rate, but the Rouens stand right up and face it with their little chests puffed out, it’s very cute. I love them, but I have to confess I won’t be sad when they aren’t in the living room.Hahaha they sure can SQUIRT!
I know you know this but be carefull not to burn them with the hair dryer! All my ducks loved the hair dryer too its soo cute
You all answered this yesterday but as I read around I find myself confused. I see folks recommending 1ml/day for a single duck who is struggling, then as I understood I was told yesterday that 1ml/day for my 5 ducks was an ok dose. They loose their marbles when I separate them so getting themThat is the sweetest video!! Be sure they get a food dose of niacin or liquid b complex everyday while they are growing. Those legs just need the extra.
I have yeast on it’s way, should I use it and perhaps a little less B? I would say there are a couple that are slightly toed in, I would rate be over cautious than wish I had been laterMake that 2.5 ml morning over their treat and 2.5 ml evening over a treat. That should cover all 5. Or if none are showing any leg weakness you can just use the Nutritional yeast over their feed an save the liquid b complex in case of a problem. 1 tablespoon over each cup of feed.
