I have a very heavy 11 lbs Jumbo Pekin who has developed this spiky cauliflower skin on his feet along with what I think is bumblefoot. I've pulled that huge scab off probably 15 times and it looks like healthy skin below it. I don't see any infection, am I supposed to be removing the black horizontal line scabs on his toes as well? He's not limping or acting like anything is wrong. I've wrapped it, used iodine, Epsom salt soaks, neosporin with no pain reliever, silvadene. He has access to swimming water, his coop is clean with clean straw. He free ranges on grass mostly. We have a pine tree that drops needles but none of the other ducks seem to have a problem (maybe because he is heavier?) Any advice would be appreciated
