This is fowl pox isn't it?

Went out this morning and noticed this. Nothing I can really do right? Just let it run its course? The hen doesn't seem to notice. Acts normal. Not cold enough here for frostbite. We do however have mosquitoes still active.
 
No roosters here. No pecking at each other that I've noticed.

Metal fence is a possibility but what about the blister looking thing on the wattle? That along with the black and more blister looking areas on the wattle made me think fowl pox. But this is a first for me so I could be wrong. :confused:
