for years i have just put eggs in the incubator and wait till day 30 and treated them like chickens eggs and had very low hatch rate (i think the best hatch rate on waterfowl i've had is 5 goose eggs out of like 30)

but now i'm getting doing more research and i'm hearing things about cooling and misting and i have no idea what it is the reason i'm asking now is because i've got four goose eggs in the bator that have been in for eight days and i'm seeing really good veining in all four of them (rare for my african pair) and i want these to hatch but what do i need to do. i only have trouble with waterfowl i can hatch chickens like a pro but when it comes to this i, to make it as blunt as possible, SUCK, at hatching ducks and geese can anyone help me with this also i have about 62 chicken eggs in with them if that is going to affect them in anyway please tell me
