Luca hatched approx. May 4th-7th. She (I think she's a she) is a very pale Bourbon Red poult. We bought 3, but 2 died. The other two were very dark brown, and Luca was white. This picture is a few days old, as we have moved her to a large outdoor brooder-type pen.

It is way too early to tell the sex from photos. You should be able to see physical differences between the sexes at 3 months old.

It is pretty obvious that it is not a Bourbon Red. It may be one of the Buff varieties such as a Jersey Buff or even a Bourbon Buff except Jersey Buffs do not start out as a white poult. Regal Reds do start out as white/yellow poults. Regal Red poults
