My favorite hen in my flock is named Daisy. She is a buff orpington and she is 10 months old. She has been my best and most consistent egg layer of large-extra large eggs! I plan on showing her this summer at the howard county fair. I’d love to see some pictures and hear from you guys about your favorite hens!

you know... I had some bad luck with brahmas and now i’m scarred lol. I had a light brahma rooster he was AWFUL! your hen is beautiful though.

Barack O'Brahma is my one of my favorite gals. While the rest of her friends are doing chicken stuff all day, she likes to spend most of her time watching us in the house through the windows, lol.

One of my favorite hens of all time was a french black copper maran named Marlie. She was the best hen ever. she was nice, quiet, gentle, would lay good eggs, and She won Reserve Grand Champion, Champion Large Fowl, and Best of Class at a fair. Miss her so much!
