My 10 yr old designed it as they were gotten mainly for him as 4H projects. Of course, the eggs will be great!!

It sits directly behind our garage (which is full of rabbits) and is on the East side of the house. Most of our wind comes from the West or SW just depends on the season.

Winters are bruital here with very low temps and extreme windchills. I plan that if it gets too bad. I can bring them into the basement where it stays fairly warm!!

I am wanting to add a fenced in area just off the big yellow run door that runs the entire length of the coop BUT, I have to be careful cuz the Propane line runs under there somewhere!!

Hopeing to get that done before snow flies!!

Very nicely done. Kudos to your 4-H'ers design. I was trying to make out what it says on the sign under the window. I'm sure you will both love having the chickens as well as the eggs.

He painted "Fresh Eggs " on it so that when it's open, you can see it!! Everything locks up tight so nothing can get in there!!!

Then everyone is safe!!

that's what he said!!! I told him that it had to be movable so that IF we wanted to we could. (and where we live, if you can move it, you dont need a permit!!)

So, he loves John Deere tractors and it just fit!!
