This is probably a stupid question... but

In my opinion, drafts are areas that let in cold air directly onto your birds. Like if you had a small hole next to your roost that let in cold air, thats a draft. If you have a vent high up away from the birds, that's ventilation.
 
Gently moving air in coop is good......air moving fast enough to literally ruffle the feathers of birds on roost is not good and would be considered a draft.
