Why is that when you want them to brood and raise their own chicks, they don't and when you don't want them to, they do, there has to be some sort of chicken philosphy in there.
Kinda like breeding rabbits, when you are trying to breed something specific, they never take, yet the neighbor down the street with his little mutts, has THOUSANDS!!!
