The comb is not trimmed, it's a rose comb (which is what a Dominique is supposed to have). His comb appears to be missing the spike but that's a genetic fault, not indicative of gender.
And yeah, the saddle feathers are a dead giveaway.
ETA: Oh, and my 14-week Dom girl has hardly any wattle development, no earlobe development, and a nearly flat comb still. I'd be shocked if she looked anything like him in two more weeks.
Thank you all for your input. I'm fine with Tonks being a HE, as I was going to get a rooster somewhere in the future. Luckily I don't have any issues with not being able to keep him i.e., city ordinances, etc. So, he can keep crowing!!
