Yes, those long things are large roundworms. Wazine/piperazine seems to have disappeared from feed stores, but if you get some Valbazen or SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer, you can dose each chicken individually. Valbazen dosage is 0.08 ml per pound given once and then repeat in 10 days. SafeGuard dosage is 0.23 ml per pound once and again in 10 days for roundworms, but is given for 5 consecutive worms if there are other types of worms.

That is the correct wormer. You have to give it orally to each bird, based on the weight of the bird. It doesn't mix in water, it will settle out and they won't get the correct dose. You use an oral syringe (no needle) an pull down on the wattles to open the beak, put the medication in the front bottom of the beak, let go of the wattles and let them swallow. This is easiest 1st thing in the morning, lock them in the coop at night, go out early before light and pick each one up off the roosts and dose. When the coop is empty you are done. The worm eggs live a long time in the soil and there is really no way to get rid of them. All of your birds are exposed, so it's best to worm them all. You may have to worm regularly, depends on your environment, roundworms are really easy for them to pick up while pecking in the soil. I don't isolate for this, unless the bird is acting sick, I'd let them back out with everyone else. Feed does not need to change. Make sure you do the second dose in 10 days, that is what breaks the cycle in the bird, the medication kills the worms but not the worm eggs, the second dose gets any worms that hatch after the first dose before they are able to lay more eggs.
After I do wormer (07/13 ) the hen just died today and other one died yesterday exactly the same like this one ,what you think is it, becouse I have other 5 died before 1-2-1-1 , maybe a month between, they have a green and white water poop
