You know if you have an iPhone or iPad there are great apps for juicing. A number of them are free. And if you use Facebook there is this guy Drew who has a Juicing Vegetables page and he's made it a business. You don't have to buy into any of his books or anything. He posts photos (obviously pro shot) of juice drinks with the recipes, he posts very inspiration message photos also and there are lots of people that follow his page and you can get some direct or indirect immoral support (as I call it) from them.

Mike's emergency juice recipe:
4 carrots
1 large red apple
1 red bell pepper
3 stalks celery
1 small handful parsley
1 medium beet cut into 10 slices
1 peeled navel orange
Juice that !! I put two ice cubes in the juice receptacle so the juice stays cool while I'm juicing.
I drink my juice immediately for best results.
