Another possibility is to contact any local falconry club and tell them you have a raptor that is giving you problems, they might be able to legally catch it and keep it.

They do take themselves very seriously...Off topic a little but the new enclosed nesting boxes I made have successfully converted my pair from their strange cat bed tendencies! They certainly could become parents soon. I think the age for first eggs can vary somewhat between individuals. Do you have a nest bowl for them?Also kinda off topic but what age do you're birds usually start laying? Mine obviously aren't on any super diet and FJ&coffee have been paired for around 2 months and are both now 7&6 months old they don't show any nest building tendencies other than claiming a nest box for territory but should I expect eggs soon? They've been breeding atleast once a day (coffees very insistent) in the last week from what I've seen so I'm a little unsure what I should expect as they are so young
