This light will candle emu eggs

Wow! What an inexpensive light for working on emu eggs! Thanks for sharing!

I agree. I have an extremly bright flashlight so much that it had a warning on it when I bought it. It doesn't evan give the eggs a glow.

The only test I've been able to do is wait till day 35 and do a float test.

I think maybe he posted the wrong link as $2 isn't even an investment for me & I doubt that flashlight would get through an emu egg.

I went and checked again, and I did notice that some eggs were harder to see through than others, maybe it's the density. It's not going to glow like a lamp of course, but if you're in a completely dark room or closet and butt this light up to the large or small end of the egg I can see well enough to know if the egg is developing or not, and you have to hold your hand around the light so no light filters between the lens and the shell. If you cant see anything then theres something growing...and you still should be able to see into the air cell.
