Don't want to do it yourself? We processed our first a couple weeks ago and it wasn't as bad as I thought. It was a barred rock rooster. Have a look at this link if you want some info on how it's done.

I find that I can't do it. I tried very hard to not get attached to them, but found that I just couldn't finish the job. And my husband absolutely refuses to try again. Frankly, we're both slightly traumatized by our first attempt.
