Hi I was wondering if any one can help me find out the breed, gender and age of this little one as he/she wondered in to my yard.

Looks like you have a mixed breed cockerel.

mixed breed probably rooster (thinking there's a small possibility that it could be a bantam hen)

Without knowing it's age it is difficult to say but it does look like an adult so I will say pullet that appears to be a mixed breed bantam, try to find the owners as I doubt it wondered far, if you do end up keeping it I would keep it in a more secure run as the chicken wire run it is pictured in is not suitable for protection against predators, it will also help to get it some more friends
