so I'm interested in getting ducks I'm not sure if it will happen but if it doesn't then at least I know everything about ducks haha. so since ducks live for a fairly long time I would still have ducks when I am in collage and I wont be able to care for them. Now this might be weird but I was wondering if there is such thing as a long term boarding place for ducks were they can stay happy and healthy until I'm done collage. or is it better to put them up for adoption or see if I can get my parents to take care of them for me? I want to know what's in the best interest for me and my ducks (if I get them). I'm not sure what kind of duck I'd like to get yet but I'm looking at pekins but I might go for a lighter bird to avoid leg problems, I'm not sure yet. But I hope you can provide me with some info!
