This neigborhood sign cracks me up.

We have a local gas station that never changes their sign. It has read, for the past year:

I 75
Cold Sod


Why do I need cold sod? Is it better than hot sod???

And what is I 75??? Is that code??? Interstate??? Why don't they fix it????

Being Florida it gets pretty warm so I imagine cold sod would be more comfortable than hot sod. A lawn with air conditioning, wow.

When we lived in Tucson, we saw this hilarious sign trend that we called "And Chiles". People would set up these roadside stands in the middle of the desert selling all kinds of items and services "And Chiles".

We would see inflatable children's furniture, area rugs, kachinas, sunglasses "And Chiles".

My favorite of all time though was "Chipped Windshield Repairs And Chiles". What is the relationship there? The connection was just soooo - nothing. And really, who would pull over to the side of the road to get their windshield repaired, and chiles?
