This probably doesn't belong here, but whats my best before date?

We have too many eggs and are going to be starting to sell. I need to start putting best before dates on my boxes. How many days, or weeks, or whatever from the date laid and boxed to the date "gone off," should I have?

I thought folks wanted to have them eaten before they were 3 weeks old. Right?

I want to say commercially packed eggs are best before 45 days from packing, and sell by 30 days after packing? I could be off a bit though.
