I do, and I have seen him mating her, but it's the wrong season, and she's so young. But she's trying to brood some eggs, and I can't decide if it's worth letting her or not. I threw 4 of them in the incubator just to see what happens.

In my experience, domwstic turkies have no 'season' set. They'll breed whenever they feel like it
