Thistles

I have a neighbor who would like to spray some thistle killer. She has tried natural routes, but it is not working. She is worried about our chickens as they free range and go in her yard (she does not mind and loves them).

Any suggestions that are chicken safe?

Personally, I’d use whatever works on the thistles bc they are awful to deal with, and temporarily fence out the chickens.
