Need help with chick breed identification

looks like hatchery quality pencilling to me
 
I'm sure. They have salmon breasts and silvery gray, stippled backs. It matches silver duckwing.

TBH, I'm not sure if they are Leghorns with tails that are oddly low or Phoenix with oddly yellow legs but I can't imagine what else they could be at this point. @JedJackson , what do you think about the tail set?

Silver Penciled Plymouth Rock chicks hatch out red, and the hens are the same color/pattern all over.
The chick in question has a salmon breast, which is seen in pullets/hens with duckwing color/pattern (some examples- silver phoenix, crested cream legbar)
