Those with Pearl-White Leghorns

Are Pearl-White Leghorns a hybrid breed like the Cornish Xs such that you can't replace them through your own breeding? I am planning on keeping 3 to 4 of them and am looking ahead to when they need to be replaced, and if I should keep a rooster as well when it gets close to that time.

No. They are pure breed. They got pearl-white leghorns from white leghorns, they picked the hens that had the best production and selectively breed them till they had pearl-white leghorns.
they did the same thing with New Hampshire Red from Rhode Island Reds.
