Thought it might be a good idea, but need advice???

If it makes you feel any better, we have one that cannot figure out the ramp to get out of the coop in the morning. She literally falls out of the door to the ground/run every single day. Cracks me up every time!

I use sand in my coop and that softens the landing for them. I also use a metal "poop board" and NOTHING sticks to it. I either use my scooper to clean it or I can just pull it out and dump it. I bought it at an auto parts store for 10$. I think they call it a drip pan.

My big heavy girls were roosting at the top. I lowered all the roosts, so the big girls wouldn't get hurt.
