I hadn't realised until recently that silkies could come in large sizes!. Wish I had a bigger garden..

My Husband and daughter went to a poultry auction today, after promising they were only going to 'have a look' they came home with a 1.5 yo Poland and 1yo Miniature white Silkie! The Silkie is so sweet, looks like a 3 month bantam.
After saying how all our girls get on so well, the new Poland managed to pick a fight with nearly everyone, was a little scary, hope she settles down tomorrow.
A friend also gave us 6 Lavendar peking eggs to hatch, omg, how teeny are they going to be after the ducklings!!
